This set includes a copy of The Brushies Book, which brings all of the Brushies to life and has brushing tips for helpers.
We've been using Willa for about a week and the silicone bristles are just the right firmness for my 11-month-old's sensitive gums, not too hard at all. The little whale shape makes her giggle, and having the companion book to read during brushing time is a genius idea for keeping her distracted.
My 10-month-old actually holds the brush while we read the book, which makes toothbrushing way less of a fight. The bristles are soft enough for her gums and the whale shape keeps her entertained.
The book has some useful brushing tips, but the toothbrush handle is a bit awkward for my baby to hold.
The whale character is cute and the book has some helpful brushing tips, but the brush itself feels a bit flimsy and my baby didn't seem interested in it at all. It's okay for the price, just not as engaging as I hoped.
